First impression is important, and I was truly impressed with friendly and courteous nature of both dentist and office staff while being extremely professional. The dentist was very thorough, presenting and recommending the best possible options for my dental needs. I would definitely, and have done so, recommend this practice.
First of all...let me just say..I AM VERY AFRAID OF THE DENTIST!! I didnt go for years and years because of a horrible experience when I was younger but thank God I found Dr. Pallavi Chellur!!! I am so much calmer and not afraid to go to the dentist!! I am back to my regular 6 month cleanings!! She is excellent!! She is gentle, caring and explains everything and I never feel rushed!! The front staff is so sweet too and very helpful everytime!! If you are looking for a new dentist or afraid like used to be...PLEASE GO HERE!!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
I love Dr. Pallavi Chellur! She takes the right measures to make sure you're comfortable, provides you with information along the way of each procedure...I almost fell asleep numerous times during cavity fillings because of how confident I was in her! 5/5 recommend, you won't regret going to her.

Dr. Pallavi Chellur is the best. My son had a very traumatic experience for just a filling with another dentist where 7 people had to hold him to do one filling. And a failure bcoz he still had the pain. He was adamant not to go back there. Found Dr. Pallavi online and booked appt.On time appt. Welcoming front desk people. Amazing nurse. And finally no words for Dr. Pallavi she understood that he is very sensitive to doctors bcoz of previous experiences. Handled very patiently. And she explained the real issue and extracted tooth single handed. That's amazing... going back for root canal and one more work.
Hi! I had to leave a review! I am 36 years old and have nothing but terrible experiences when it comes to the dentist, so bad that I actually developed a phobia and just stopped going altogether. My mouth got pretty bad. So bad, I had no choice but to go back. I just could not take the pain anymore. So I googled and this office stood out in the list that was provided. I called and spoke with the office and told them my situation, from not being in an office for years and my huge fear of the dentist. They told me I had nothing to worry about and to come in. Well since then I have been there 3 times in a month getting work done, and they were amazing!!!! The staff is so nice and comforting and the Dentist, well she is just a doll. She worked with me and my fear and made me feel very comfortable. The assistant held my hand and made it easier for me. I will never go anywhere else. I even brought my 2.5 year old for his first check up, which was also a success. These people care.. Thank you!!!
Dr. Chellur is a meticulous practioner. She did everything from removing a broken crown to the implant & the new crown. No pain & no discomfort during the whole process. The new tooth fits perfectly.
Very pleasant indeed! Dr. Pallavi is a great doctor who listens to the patient and takes care of him/her with great attention..staffs are friendly too! I would definitely recommend going here.
Dr.Chelluru and her staff was very friendly and very caring. We love going there, especially my kid he loves the pleasant environment. I definitely recommend this Doctor's office for the whole family dental care.
